A fast growing tech start up is looking for the best candidates to join their team! They are looking for motivated and energetic individuals to lead the charge as Account Executives.
You will be joining a company that is revolutionizing the world of electronics manufacturing by building sophisticated software and a robotic factory to disrupt the manufacturing space for rapid electronics prototyping. This enables engineers to manufacture their designs within days, allowing them to rapidly test and iterate on their designs.
- Ability to consistently hit ramp-up/sales goals by establishing client relationships and targeting and closing strategic accounts
- Work closely with SDR’ s by qualifying solid leads according company’ s target criteria
- Present expertly run demos for executives, founders, and principals
- Improve and mature sales processes to develop a growing sales team
- Create and communicate best sales practices to team and leadership
- Work with the marketing team to convert their efforts into leads for the sales team
- Use all available tools and data sources to research important details about leads
- Help guide our design, engineering, product teams towards revenue-generating features
- 3+ years of demonstrated sales experience selling to enterprise-level clients
- Experience selling within electrical engineering, hardware, or related fields preferred
- Exceptional listener who understands how to connect with key decision makers
- Passionate about hardware and technology
- Proactively keeping updated on emerging industry trends
- Highly competitive, goal-oriented, motivated, and driven to achieve and exceed goals
- Salesforce experience is a plus
