Seeking an Administrative Assistant for one of our clients, a wealth management company located in Tiburon, CA. The Administrative Assistant will perform basic office tasks, create Power Point presentations, make outbound sales and marketing calls, and take inbound inquiry calls. - Proficient in MS Office: Excel, Power Point, Word
- Prior experience with outbound and inbound calls
- Prior experience with making sales and marketing calls
- Able to work in a fast paced environment
- Handle multiple projects at once
- Professional and able to read and write proficiently
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2-3 years of prior Administrative work experience
