CW Total Loss Advisor

Owings Mills, Maryland | Contract

Job ID: 54873 Position: Administrative/Clerical/Support




Completing intake information for customer and insurance carrier notification of total loss

Evaluating vehicle values on accounts where the vehicle has been deemed as totaled (damage or theft)

Canceling any additional insurance products that were purchased through the dealership and capitalized in the customer' s original loan balance

Faxing any missing documentation to insurance carriers in order to process insurance claims

Completing GAP claims on accounts that have purchased GAP insurance and a deficiency balance remains after the primary insurance settlement has been received

Initiating releasing titles to insurance carriers once settlement funds have been received and applied to the account

Inbound/Outbound high call volume


Experience with financial transactions HIGHLY preferred

Must be able to work

Mon-Thurs. 8a-7p and Friday 8: 00a-6: 00p

Training will be 8a-4: 30 or 8: 30a-5: 00p.

Intermediate Excel Experience REQUIRED

Professional demeanor - will be working and interacting with up to 125 other associates and managers within the department.

Strong written and verbal communication required

Ability to work independently

Attention to detail - A must. Will be handling high volume of auto finance contracts and vehicle information

Ability to thrive in a compliance-based environment

Ability to multitask and be flexible with a high volume of workloads

Experience in an administrative, reporting or high volume production environment (i.e., insurance)

Financial, Banking, Contracts experience is highly preferred

Insurance agency background can also be very helpful

This is a phone based position and requires someone to be comfortable on the phones and have previous phone based experience
