Customer Service Representative
Concord, California | Contract To Hire
Wollborg Michelson Recruiting is currently conducting a search for a contract to hire Customer Service Representative for one of our clients, a family owned print company, located in Concord, CA. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for working with clients daily ensuring all their needs are achieved.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
The Customer Service Representative will answer client phone and email requests within to meet all client expectations. This position requires the Customer Service Representative to input all letter changes and new letter setup into our proprietary programs and ticketing system while balancing the forwarding of test and live letter samples to our clients for review and approval. Other responsibilities include; the review and release of client approved letters; running test files for accuracy; research of archived letters within our system; to assist clients with troubleshooting a letter problem; setup new client accounts; assist clients with software changes; occasional travel will be required; and our Customer Service Representative will be trained to answer questions regarding various products, services and custom letter requests.
Our client is looking for an exceptional candidate that possess the ability to work between multiple proprietary computer programs, has an eye for the attention to detail, who can support other coworkers when needed while balancing their own workload and one who has the strength to work independently or as part of a team.
Three plus years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or similar environment.
Candidates must have the ability to multi-task and competently use Microsoft Office. Any experience with databases, mail merge programs, JIRA or Zendesk is a plus!
High School Diploma or GED
Pay Rate: $17/ hour
