We are looking for an expert Data Technician to join our client' s team in San Mateo. The perfect candidate will have thorough data entry and analysis skills, consistency, and of course, immaculate attention to detail!
This is a temporary, 6 month job in San Mateo, CA. It requires employees to be onsite from 8am-5pm Monday-Friday. Local candidates only.
- Gather and analyze data using various reporting functions via MS Excel and Powerpoint
- Create reporting using MS Excel
- Track cost center expenses
- Process invoices and create check requests
- Provide clerical, administrative, and data entry support.
- Assist the entire department in general administrative duties as needed
- Answer phones; take and distribute messages.
- Three years of recent full-time administrative experience
- Knowledge of expense reporting and invoicing
- Experience creating an analyzing reports for departments, especially ones that deal with sensitive and impactful information
- Strong Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills
- Effective oral and written communication skills
