District Sales Manager

We are looking for a stand-out District Manager to work closely with Store Leaders in their assigned market to provide support and coaching, and implement innovative strategies to drive sales growth with to top-performing and under-performing stores. The ideal candidate will be operations savvy and possess strong leadership and people development skills.

Responsibilities
  • Act as a liaison between the headquarters and your area by making regular visits and interacting with management.
  • Oversee operational practices making sure that each store runs smoothly and meets projected revenues and sales estimates.
  • Coordinate with, report and make recommendations to senior management in order to grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth.
  • Ensure that each store delivers positive sales results and the highest level of customer service.
  • Support and develop a strong team of committed Store Managers to maintain profit margins, and implement innovative approaches and techniques to keep updated with competition.

Requirements
  • Prior multi-unit management experience.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and sharp thinking.
  • Ability to develop innovative and creative strategies to grow business and teams.
  • Strong leadership and decision making skills.
  • Ability to manage and drive growth in others.
  • Excellent customer relationship management skills.
