Executive Assistant

Our client in Redwood City is a consumer products company looking for an outgoing, motivated, and driven Executive Assistant to join their team. This person will be responsible for supporting the GM of the company. Some of the tasks include personal travel, coordinating events, scheduling, and expense reporting. This is a full-time position with a competitive compensation and great benefits.


Job Responsibilities:
  • Management of the GM’ s diary and appointments
  • High Level administrative support including: handling information requests, clerical functions, preparing statistical reports, scheduling meetings, and receiving visitors
  • Assist with office deadlines and manage workflow output
  • Handle confidential information and appointments
  • Collect and inspect all mail addressed to the GM
  • Takes minutes at meetings
  • Liaise with external organizations to arrange meetings and agendas
  • Maintain a comprehensive filing system
  • Book international and domestic travel and arrange transportation
  • Tabulate and retrieve expenditures and claims for the GM
  • Run personal errands for the GM
  • Undertake any other duties requested by the GM


  • 4+ years of Personal Assistant/ Secretarial experience at a senior level
  • Excellent typing skills and excellent computer literacy
  • Excellent Microsoft Office Skills
  • Experience working internationally
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Ability for 10% travel (international or domestic)
  • English as first language
  • Great personality and a sense of humor
