Job Description:
  • Prepare dealer documentation for insurance enrollment filing process, including scanning and retaining soft and hard copy documentation
  • Assist in organization of TMIC, TMIS and TMICV required filings in file library

General Duties will include:
  • Create Shipping Labels
  • Copying
  • Faxing/Scanning
  • Work requested from other groups within Insurance Accounting

Requirements:
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of professionalism
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Adaptable/flexible (able to take on various clerical/admin tasks)
  • Proficiency in basic MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
