Freight Logistic Coordinator
San Francisco, California | Contract To Hire
-Client/Account management, from start to completion
-Booking, which includes communication to Clients, Carrier, Agents, to set up and administrate.
-Coordination of trucking and shipping schedules for ocean and overland container moves.
-Documentation, Bills of Lading, Invoices, Reconciliations.
-Prepare excel worksheets for support and coordination.
- Logistics experience in ocean and land transport necessary
- Ocean transportation documentation experience a plus
- Sales experience a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong computer & organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Detail oriented
-Spanish language spoken and written.
