HR Business Partner

We are looking for an experienced HR business partner to oversee all HR operations and ensure they’ re aligned with our client’ s business goals and company culture.

Our ideal candidates should have strong experience with HR practices and employee management. You act as a liaison between the board of directors and senior managers, and express new ideas and solutions, considering budget limitations and the company’ s core values.
Responsibilities
  • Consult with line management and provide daily HR guidance.
  • Act as a consultant to HR management and organizational changes.
  • Analyze trends and metrics with the HR department.
  • Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances.
  • Work closely with employees and management to strengthen work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and employee retention.
  • Provide HR policy guidance.
  • Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning.
  • Identify training opportunities for employees and evaluate training programs.
  • Suggest new HR strategies
Requirements
  • 3+ years of  experience as an HR Business Partner.
  • Excellent people management skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and detail-oriented.
  • Demonstrable experience with HR metrics.
  • Thorough knowledge of labor legislation.
  • Full understanding of all HR functions and  best practices.
  • BS degree in Human Resources or related field.
