Healthcare Recruiter - MV
Mountain View, California | Contract
Wollborg Michelson' s client in the South Bay Area is looking for a contract (1 year+) Healthcare Recruiter who will be responsible for the sourcing, interviewing and closing all kinds of candidates in the healthcare space. The roles may be entry level or managerial, high volume or specialized search, clinical or non-clinical, IT or administrative. However, this Recruiter must have recruiting experience with healthcare or nursing related roles as this niche cannot be learned quite as quickly as others.
Regardless, the Recruiter will be required to learn the industry and competition quickly. Partnering with a wide variety hiring managers who all have different expectations and department cultures means the Recruiter hired must love multi-tasking!
There is no coordinator, so Recruiters hired will act as their own manager of both recruiting and logistics like interview coordination and ATS documentation. Depending on needs, the Recruiter may assists in implementation of new recruitment and retention programs and representing the company at various educational events.
Local candidates only please. At this time we cannot consider anyone who would need to relocate due to the urgency of the need. This role is not a work from home or remote role and requires someone to be committed to being onsite in the South Bay M-F during standard business hours.
- B.S./B.A. in a related field or equivalent experience
- 4+ or more recent years of full lifecycle recruiting experience for all types of roles - clinical, non-clinical, general/administrative, IT, etc.
- Ability to source candidates creatively in a competitive market
- Experience with an HRIS or ATS system(s)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
