Looking for an Office Manager that should have excellent communication, problem-solving, managerial skills, and extensive bookkeeping experience.

  • Relevant and extensive A/R and A/P experience

The job includes, but is not limited to:
  • Supervising customer service and administrative staff- hiring, training, and professional development
  • Bookkeeping- A/R, A/P, collections, reconciliation
  • Review, track and prepare budgets
  • Maintain records and databases
  • Customer service management
  • Maintain estimate and truck schedule
  • Coordinate space and office organization
  • Purchase and manage supplies and equipment
  • Support sales and marketing

High School degree

Proficiency in MS Office, Quickbooks, Google Docs.

Job Type: Full-time

  • High school or equivalent

  • Customer Service: 3 years
  • Office Administration: 3 years
  • Bookkeeping: 5 years
