Wollborg Michelson Recruiting is currently conducting a search for a recruiter with healthcare background. The healthcare recruiter will provide assistance to managers in the evaluation and planning for their current and future staffing needs.
The Recruiter consults with Compensation to determine appropriateness of job classification, job level, and pay for new hires and reclassification of existing employees. This position updates and maintains all recruiting related records and data bases.
The Recruiter will communicate and administer company-wide human resources policies, procedures, programs, and practices in accordance with stated corporate objectives and federal and state legal requirements. This role coordinates and assists with the planning and execution of a broad range of HR programs.
Healthcare recruiter will be responsible for the sourcing, interviewing and facilitating the employment of qualified, competent staff for professional, non-clinical, clinical RN and managerial positions. Must have recruiting experience with healthcare or nursing related roles.
Must be a quick learner on partnering with a variety hiring managers, multi-tasking on interview coordination, and managing high volume logistics from screening to offer acceptance. Assists in the development and implementation of recruitment and retention programs and develops procedures related to specific departmental and/or hospital-wide recruitment and retention programs.
Represents the Hospital at recruitment and educational events.
QUALIFICATIONS B.S./B.A. in health care or human resources or equivalent combination of education and experience. Four or more years of job-related experience. Proficient in use of MS Office applications.
A strong background in recruiting may be considered in lieu of a Bachelors degree . Recruiting experience in healthcare, hospital or clinical related company is required.
Experience with HRIS or applicant tracking experience preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
