Recruiting Coordinator

San Francisco, California | Contract

You: Passionate about growing your skills in recruiting and talent acquisition! Comfortable working in a fast paced, sometimes chaotic environment. Rockstar sourcer that gets creative about finding the very best talent for their recruiters.

Responsibilities:
  • Source top tier candidates for recruiters while positively representing the company
  • Note all sourcing and candidate management steps in our back office ATS
  • Assist with reference, degree and background checks
  • Screen candidates for current open requisitions
  • Provide lead generation and administrative support to recruitment team
  • Post new jobs to appropriate sites and social media venues

 

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’ s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 1-2 years experience supporting a dynamic, teamwork-oriented recruiting team
  • Experienced in sourcing across a variety of industries, Boolean searches, sourcing from job boards, referral networks and social media networking in multiple professional services areas (Accounting, Administration, customer Service, Real Estate, Marketing and Human Resources)
  • Exemplary written and spoken communication skills needed
