- Source top candidates through multiple channels including web search, phone screens, email contact, and participation in networking events.
- Create a strong candidate pipeline while providing an excellent candidate and hiring team experience.
- Work with candidates through the entire hiring life-cycle, from intake to interview to job offer.
- Partner with hiring managers to develop new recruitment strategies, providing feedback on what is and isn’ t working.
- Plan and execute creative recruiting events and campaigns that attract top talent.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times.
- At least 8 years of end-to-end recruitment experience, preferably in a high-growth tech environment.
- Start-up experience with a love for recruiting in a fast-paced environment.
- Possess a consultative approach and has had demonstrated success developing business partner relationships at all levels of an organization.
- A track record of personal accountability, strong work ethic, integrity and proven organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Meets deadlines, and has strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to take initiative and build strong, productive relationships.
- Recruiting analytics is a plus.
