Wollborg Michelson is building a team of outstanding Bilingual Customer Service Representatives for a renowned healthcare insurance company located in Rancho Cordova, CA. We are interviewing Monday-Friday as the client would like to meet candidates immediately! These positions are contract to hire in a short term which means that you may have the opportunity to convert to a permanent employee within 4-6 months with excellent performance and attendance.

-Respond to customer inquiries via telephone and written correspondence in a timely and appropriate manner.
-Respond to telephone or written correspondence inquiries from members and/or providers within established timeframes utilizing current reference materials and available resources
-Provide assistance to members and/or providers regarding website registration and navigation
-Document all activities for quality and metrics reporting through the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) application
-Process written customer correspondence and provide the appropriate level of timely follow up
-May coordinate member transportation and make referrals to other departments as appropriate
-Maintain performance and quality standards based on established call center metrics including turn-around times
-Research and identify any processing inaccuracies in claim payments and route to the appropriate site operations team for claim adjustment
-Identify any trends related to incoming or outgoing calls that may provide policy or process improvements to support excellent customer service, quality improvement and call reduction
Education/Experience: High school diploma or equivalent. 1+ years of call center customer service experience preferably in a healthcare or insurance environment, or 2+ years of consistent customer service experience including retail, hospitality, office administration, or any other work environment where you have to cater to customers and provide exceptional service. Must be able to pass bilingual certification assessment.

Must have positive, can-do attitude!
Must have previous call center or customer service experience
Must have minimum High School diploma or GED
Must be able to pass criminal background check
Must have accurate dates of employment on your resume
Must have copy of your resume in a Word format document
Must have solid computer skills and complete our assessment testing prior for consideration with minimum passing scores including a Spanish test and computer skills tests
Worksite Location: Rancho Cordova, CA
Temp to hire – depending on performance
Pay Rate: $15/hour then additional when certify in Spanish
5-week training, 8: 00 am - 4: 30 pm
2+ weeks nesting, 8: 00 am - 4: 30 pm
Open availability for early or later shift following training period
As early as 6: 00 am as late as 7: 30 pm Monday - Saturday
Occasional OT required and also work on the holidays
