We are looking for a Call Center Representative that will be the liaison between our company and its current and potential customers. The successful candidate will be able to accept ownership for effectively solving customer issues, complaints and inquiries; keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior.

This person MUST be cheerful, energetic, friendly, and can speak professionally over the phone to join our developing call center team!

Call Center Representative applicants must possess the following skills:

  • Excellent and professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated, goal oriented, and proactive attitude
  • Must be a team player but able to work independently
  • Be highly motivated and open to challenges
  • Candidate must possess a high school diploma
  • Excellent phone customer service skills

Call Center responsibilities:

  • Inbound calls: From scheduling, to billing support, to insurance questions, you must be able to answer and assist callers with a wide range of inquiries.
  • Professional telephone etiquette and superb listening and problem-solving skills are a must.
  • Outbound calls: Be able to support practice with contacting referrals, insurance verification, billing, collections, reappointing patients, and all other assigned calls.
  • Ability to handle all inquiries utilizing the designated systems and processes presented during the initial training period
  • Knowledge of orthodontics and insurance verification is preferred, but not required. You will be assisting customers with questions about their treatment, insurance and your job is to quickly and effectively resolve any questions customers may have.
