This position supports the CEO and Senior Vice President of Sales.

 

 

Description

The ideal candidate must:

 

  •  Have proven experience supporting C-level executives.

  •  Be creative and enjoy working within a small environment that is mission-driven, results-driven, and customer oriented.

  •  Have the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations with strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills.

  •  Have the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities.

  •  Be able to work independently on executive level special projects from conception to

    completion.

  •  Be able to work under pressure at times to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion.

  •  Be able to recognize opportunities to relieve Executives of time consuming tasks. 

    Completes a broad variety of high level administrative, communication, and project management tasks including, but not limited to:

    •  Working closely and effectively with the Executives to keep them well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately

    •  Producing information by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting text, data, and graphics

    •  Conserving executive's time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; initiating telecommunications

 

  • Roles and Responsibilities

  •  Preparing reports by collecting and analyzing information

  •  Providing a written and spoken bridge for smooth communications between the Executives, their internal associates, and the company’s clients; maintaining credibility, trust, and support

  •  Researching, prioritizing, and following up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the Executives, including those of a sensitive or confidential nature; determining appropriate course of action, referral, or response

  •  Managing a variety of special projects related to marketing, product development, sales, and customer support 

  • Professional Experience and Skills

  •  Support of a Senior Sales Executive a plus

  •  Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint), and ability to type 70 wpm required; proficient in web conferencing platforms (Zoom/Skype/WebEx) required, CRM, database management and Microsoft Project experience preferred

  •  Proficient at prioritizing conflicting needs; handling matters expeditiously, proactively, and following-through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures

  •  Established trust with a strong capability to build positive customer, vendor, partner, and internal relationships

  •  Documentation skill for note taking, writing, proofreading, synthesizing information, and management of action items

  •  Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail

  •  Demonstrated proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability

  •  Resourceful team player, with the ability to also be extremely effective working independently

  •  Proven ability to handle confidential information with total discretion and demonstrate the highest level of client service and response

  •  Demonstrated ability to achieve high performance goals and meet deadlines

  •  Demonstrated emotional maturity

  •  Forward looking thinker who actively seeks opportunities and proposes solutions

    Experience Requirements

    Strong work history and tenure

  • 7+ years directly supporting C-level executives
