Front End Web Engineer

Role of a Front End Web Engineer 
    
    Work creatively with a team of producers, designers and software engineers to produce world-class player experiences
    Own and build a feature from concept to a production environment to reach millions of players
    Use JavaScript and React as the main tool for building UI/UX on multiple platforms (desktop browser, mobile, in-game PC and console)
    Write, test, benchmark and debug solid and maintainable UI code that performs at 60 FPS
    
    
 
    Knowledge and experience in JavaScript, including an understanding of concepts like closures, asynchronous programming, types and dependency injection patterns.
    Experience in web markup and layout (HTML5/CSS)
    Understand full service stack, from UI in the front-end to databases in the back-end
    Great communication skills that supports a collaborative working environment
    
    
    Desired and Bonus Skills:
    
    Experience with TypeScript, React, MobX, and/or other frameworks
    Experience with creating responsive web designs and a good understanding of CSS Flexbox
    Knowledge of native rendering mechanics
    Passion to investigate and adopt new technologies and practices
    Experience in the games industry

Aaron is a graduate of San Francisco State University where he completed his undergrad studies, following up with a Master’s in Organizational Management with a specialization in Human Resources from Ashford University I Forbes School of Business & Technology. 

Aaron thrives in finding individuals their dream job careers that they are passionate about as well consulting with clients to find them the ideal candidate and fit for their company. He is active within the community volunteering for local nonprofit organizations, as well being active in the local chamber and other human resource “thinktank” groups. Aaron was raised on the North Coast in the Redwoods and enjoys spending time camping/traveling in the great outdoors with family and friends. He also loves authors of business and motivation and one of his favorite’s is from Tony Robbins which Aaron holds true to his heart, “The meeting of preparation with opportunity generates the offspring we call luck.”
