Group Services Representative
  • Responsible for researching and resolving escalated client/broker issues using systems and workflows and providing guidance back to the director, sales rep, AM or AMA for resolution with the customer.
  • Responsible for the coordination and completion of projects as assigned by sales management.
  • Researches, reviews and disseminates findings of claims, billing and enrollment issues to ensure that the sales teams have current and accurate information.
  • Acts as a liaison with other departments to ensure efficient flow of information and resolution of group inquiries.
  • Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned by sales management.

Job Requirements:
  • A Bachelor' s degree is preferred in Business Administration or Marketing.
  • Candidates with proven experience will not be excluded from consideration.
  • A minimum of 2 year of experience in customer communications and client service.
  • Detail orientated with problem-solving abilities
  • Good customer service skills
  • Strong organization/time management and project management skills and multi-tasking abilities Ability to meet time-sensitive external market driven deadlines.
  • Familiar with service guarantees, SPDs and contractual language preferred.
  • Knowledge of Current Dental Terminology (" CDT") codes and dental nomenclature.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $21.00 /hour
