IT Recruiter
This position is fully remote, working from home for the time being. However, candidates must still reside in California. All equipment will be provided!
Job Description:
- Working with multiple IT and or Digital/Creative Hiring managers to fill their requirements.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for a full desk including sourcing, qualifying, screening, presenting, scheduling, and onboarding Technical candidates.
- Experience working with Taleo (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter and Talent Neuron are all preferred.
- Must be a self-starter and focused on creating a great experience for our candidates and hiring managers.
Requirements:
- 5+ years recruiting IT professionals
- Strong Customer Service skills
- Organizational skills
- Sourcing, Screening and Presentation skills
- Microsoft Office Skills
Contract: 6 months
Pay: $40 - $55/ hour (Will be based on experience)
