Marketing Project Manager

Job Description:

Calendaring
Travel arrangements

Project management:
Design and grow a team culture that fosters fast learning and continuously improves organization that will enhance our competitiveness.
Facilitates the process to grow internal cohesion and shared corporate culture.
Monitors the department culture evolution on a regular basis
Supports teams with focus on creating common tools, methods, techniques and systems that have significant impact on our department culture.
Leads cross-functional teams to execute internal and external programs/projects:
Internal cross-functional partners include Creative Services, Underwriting, Sales, Operations, Legal/Compliance and IT.
External cross-functional partners consist of third party administrators, general agent partners, advertising agencies, print, mail house and fulfillment vendors.
Develops project specific tracking information and analyzes results.
Ensures that collateral development meets project timeline.
Researches, resolves or compiles information to support customer service, marketing and sales requests.
Works with internal cross-functional departments to ensure that program-related information is updated and accurate in systems.
Organizes outside events and other marketing promotional functions and activities.

Skills/Experience:
Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Outstanding planning, time management, and organizational skills
Positive attitude and the ability to have fun at work and help others do the same
Initiates self-development actions. Seeks and shares job-relevant learning, developmental experiences, and feedback to enhance performance.

Basic Qualifications
2+ years of One-on-One experience assisting at the Executive level (complex calendar management, meeting coordination, travel coordination, etc.)

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $30.00 to $34.00 /hour
