People Insights Analyst (Statistical Analyst)
100 First Street San Francisco, California 94105 | Contract
We' re looking for a People Insights Analyst who will provide the requisite analytics muscle to answer important people-related questions with credible data and science. This will require a combination of strong statistical analysis capability, business acumen, curiosity, and passion for using people data to drive important decisions in the areas of culture alignment, change management, engagement, performance management and related talent management areas. The ideal candidate is skilled at diagnosing qualitative and quantitative data from surveys, interviews, and various other data gathering mechanisms to improve People Operations processes and solve HR-related challenges creatively. The candidate must possess strong presentation skills and can handle multiple projects simultaneously. You will work with internal clients to design, execute talent-related experiments, and deliver lay person reports for senior leaders.
What you' ll do:
Develop and analyze surveys and people metrics
Conduct statistical analyses, such as regressions, factor analyses, t-tests and ANOVAs
Communicate findings and recommendations on critical initiatives to influence leaders to take action on those findings
What we' re looking for:
BA/BS degree preferred with a strong academic record. Master' s degree a plus
Familiarity with statistical packages (SAS, SPSS, or equivalent)
Excellent problem-solving capabilities and superior analytical skills
Deep interest and aptitude in data, metrics, analysis, and trends
A strong communicator who is detail oriented with the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects
Prior experience with people or HR analytics preferred, but not required
Degree Requirements: Bachelor Degree in Statistics, Psychology, Math or related field
Salary: $35.00 to $43.00 /hour
