Wollborg Michelson Recruiting is conducting a search for a contract administrative assistant for an energetic, enthusiastic, professional, flexible, and customer focused receptionist for one of our clients a high end real estate company Emeryville, CA. We are looking for an enthusiastic assistant with a willingness to learn property management and other skills.
Job duties and details:
- Assist with answering calls, vendor and tenant interaction, appointment coordination for property management division.
- Assist with answering calls and coordinate with agents on escrows and escrow paperwork.
- Update data base and assist with filing and administrating to tenancy / real estate files
- Assist in office paperwork as needed, filing and coordination with 3rd parties and company staff – mainly around escrow and transactions, create electronic and paper files with disclosures, certifications, reports and other item necessary for escrows
- Assist with monthly accounting of property management accounts (checks in/out, payables, etc if person has a background in accounting and is able to pick this up)
- Assist with simple advertising through Realty world
