Exciting Sales Coordinator Opportunity!

Do you have experience in wholesale retail? Are you eager to start a career in wholesale sales? Have you supported a busy/fast-paced team? If so, an incredible company in the South Bay is seeking a Sales Coordinator. This role is designed to provide support to the sales team, while being mentored into a sales role. The individual in this position will be assisting with account maintenance, proposal generation, presentations, and more. She/He must have excellent computer literacy, be able to learn new skills/processes quickly, and adapt to changing priorities. This role will assist with data entry, including sensitive information related to company or client finances, etc.

Responsibilities:
  • Aid in maintaining and creating relationships with clients and vendors
  • Assist sales team with:
  • Client account maintenance
  • Entering data into Excel and other programs to keep the business organized, and analyzing the data for reports and recommendations
  • Drafting and finalizing documents to be sent out to clients
  • Presenting researched information
  • Analyzing market opportunities
  • Provide input and coordinate marketing efforts
  • Keep office in working order

Requirements:
  • Must work well in a team or on an individual basis
  • Bachelor’ s Degree preferred
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, especially in Excel
  • Retail or wholesale sales experience is a plus
