We are looking someone who with a dynamic personality who can command a room with passion for driving sales effectiveness. This individual will make it their mission to continually improve the productivity of our Saas sales teams. You will be a trusted partner in delivering and facilitating enablement programs for our teams. You can expect to have ownership of this function and work collaboratively with other teams to build and manage our on-boarding and ongoing enablement programs.
- Design develop and scale training and onboarding programs for sales professional
- Work in collaboration and partnership with executives, sales and cross functional teams to test new method
- Organize, conduct and evaluate training programs for our clients sales operations
- Monitor selling activities and provide appropriate training as needed
- Leading & facilitating Sales On-boarding for our tech sales teams
- Apply short and long term thinking as you plan out your programmatic approach to sales enablement
- Willing to travel 20% of the time
