SALES SUPPORT SPECIALIST 

Woodland Hills, CA

Pay $18.00-$21.00 (BOE)

 

Required Skills:

High School Diploma or GED

Lead Management Reporting - Via Excel

Manage multiple systems (Shieldlink, Reports, etc..)

2 Years Sales Support or Service experience in healthcare or related industry

IDEAL TO HAVE SALESFORCE OR CRM TOOLS

The Service Coordinator is a member of the Service Response Team and responsible for successfully resolving issues and questions from producers and employers. The Service Coordinator is an extended team member of the sales team and works on a regular basis with assigned sales teams and producers. This position reports into the sales organization. Main responsibilities include Producer and Employer support and issue tracking collection. The Service Coordinator is principally in the office and may be called to serve as backup for the Field Service Representative. This position is a great opportunity for someone to develop skills and knowledge in serving producers, employer groups, and internal teams. The Service Response Team (SRT) also collects and identifies issue trend information to facilitate sustainable improvements to internal processes.

• Bachelor’s degree – Preferred

• Active life license and continuing education to support the license – Not required

• Strong computer skills including MS Office and sales force automation/CRM tools

Typically requires a minimum of 2 years of relevant sales support or service experience in healthcare or related industry.
