Job description



Our internal product team builds customized software solutions to meet the unique challenges found at the intersection of business, technology, and staffing. We do not work on client projects, nor do we sell the software that we build. What we create helps our global staffing team leverage technology so that they can best position creative talent in the most rewarding career paths possible.

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager who is passionate about building products that customers love. 

Responsibilities

  • Gain a deep understanding of customer and prospect business needs and pain points, and craft product solutions to drive company growth

  • Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners

  • Work with a cross-functional team to translate product strategy and concepts into detailed requirements, prototypes, and final deliverables

  • Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact

  • Work closely with engineering teams to smoothly deliver great software

  • Drive product launches working with other internal teams, executives, and other product management team members

  • Ownership of the product' s vision and strategy

Requirements

  • Proven work experience in product management in an agile development environment.

  • Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle

  • Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management
  • Previous experience as a recruiter or product manager in the staffing industry or online job board company preferred.  Knowledge of applicant tracking systems preferred
  • Experience working in an Agile development environment is helpful
  • Jira experience is preferred
  • Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one’ s sleeves to get the job done

  • Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • MS/BS degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Business or related field preferred but not required
