What a Talent Coordinator does:
Supports Talent Acquisition with coordination of interviews (including candidate Non-Disclosure Agreements, feedback forms, candidate travel, etc.) Prepares offer letters Ensures thorough administration for all new hire onboarding tasks (filing, coordination with internal teams, new hire packages, etc.)
Supports the recruitment process by screening applicants, posting job descriptions or other tasks as required. Participates in New Hire Orientation (including studio tours, presenting information to new employees, etc.)
Corporate expense administration for team members, as required. Processes employee referral payouts
Ad hoc projects within Global Talent Acquisition Programs and Operations. Who you are:
Have a minimum of three years of professional experience in a fast-paced environment in an administrative capacity Possess a laser focus and attention to detail Exceptional communicator, both written and verbal Able to assess multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Personable and happy to help others.
Ambitious and driven with a keen interest in improving processes and development - both as a team and personally.
