Job Description
Job Title: Sales Account Manager
Location: Petaluma, Onsite
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
Compensation: $70,000 + On-Target Earnings
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Account Manager with a positive attitude and strong sales skills to engage with corporate and government procurement professionals over the phone. The successful candidate will be responsible for outbound calling, presenting company offerings, responding to bids, sourcing products, providing pricing information, and delivering top-notch customer service.
Key responsibilities include cold calling, prospecting, business development, product sourcing, preparing quotes, and maintaining customer relationships.
Job Requirements:
- 2+ years of sales experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Confident and pleasant phone manner
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet use
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Critical thinking skills and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of computer/IT products and solutions
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in inside sales or telesales
- Background in computer hardware, software, or IT sales
