Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical finance professional to manage and ensure the accuracy and compliance of financial records and reporting processes. Key responsibilities include examining and analyzing financial statements, preparing and reviewing budgets, assisting in audit and tax processes, supporting month-end and year-end closings, and reconciling accounts. This role involves collaboration with internal and external teams to uphold financial integrity and reporting standards. Responsibilities:

• Examine and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with reporting and procedural standards.
• Prepare, review, and analyze budget and periodic reports, comparing budgeted costs to actual costs.
• Collaborate with the Finance team to prepare for and assist in audit and tax return processes, working with external audit and tax teams.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries and account reconciliations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Education Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related financial discipline required. An advanced degree in a financial discipline is preferred.
