Clinical Support Coordinator
Job Summary

Support inbound telephone and fax communications to assist with both outpatient and inpatient service requests while ensuring accurate authorizations and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Manage heavy inbound calls and coordinate fax communications related to service requests.

Requirements
  • Experience in call center customer service within facility environments.
  • Familiarity with outpatient service authorizations and diagnosis coding.
  • Ability to efficiently manage high call volumes and related administrative tasks.

Summary Qualification
  • Proven experience handling call center operations.
  • Background in managing service authorizations in a healthcare environment.
