Digital Marketing Content Writer
Job Summary

Utilize strong writing and messaging skills to craft straightforward and actionable website and campaign copy for digital and direct marketing materials.

Responsibilities
  • Develop engaging website and campaign content in collaboration with designers, creative agencies, and internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain consistency in brand voice across all communications.
  • Participate in cross-departmental meetings to understand goals and product benefits.
  • Craft compelling, SEO-optimized copy aligned with best practices.
  • Create content for webpages, articles, blogs, FAQs, and other communication materials.
  • Develop marketing program descriptions outlining strategic goals and initiatives.
  • Revise and create materials based on management feedback while meeting deadlines.
  • Coordinate and manage high-level strategic projects.
  • Stay informed about current and future products to develop accurate and innovative copy.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure project timelines are met.
  • Maintain an up-to-date style guide based on industry standards.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant banking and advertising laws in all communications.
  • Monitor competitors to inspire future initiatives.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • At least five years of experience in creative copy development for digital and print deliverables.
  • Experience in leadership or project management within a creative team or agency.
  • Proven expertise in financial writing and SEO.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines.
  • Excellent written communication with high proofreading competency and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Ability to work effectively through ambiguity and maintain a high level of professionalism.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with various management levels.
