Job Description
TEMP Analyst, MQ Outbound Operations
Job Summary
The Analyst supports outbound operations by coordinating the delivery of customer trailer orders from production through final delivery, ensuring timelines, quality standards, and customer expectations are met. This role requires close collaboration with carriers, customers, and internal teams in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with transportation carriers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of trailers.
- Monitor production schedules, inspections, estimated delivery dates, and shipment status from manufacturing through customer delivery.
- Track shipments and validate Proof of Delivery (POD) documentation.
- Coordinate damage claims by arranging repairs, obtaining estimates, tracking repair progress, and scheduling final delivery.
- Support implementation and ongoing management of the Yard Management System (YMS).
- Assist with Business Development operational activities as needed.
- Plan production schedules to align with customer delivery requirements.
- Provide customers with proactive updates regarding production status, inspections, delivery timelines, and other order-related information.
- Partner closely with internal operations, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure successful order execution.
- Work cross-functionally to support successful order fulfillment in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required;bachelor s degree preferred.
- 1 2 years of experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, or administrative operations.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail.
- Experience coordinating transportation or outbound logistics preferred.
- Experience working with carriers, shipping documentation, or proof of delivery preferred.
- Familiarity with Yard Management Systems (YMS) or transportation management systems is a plus.
- Customer service experience within a logistics or manufacturing environment preferred.
