Marketing Assistant/Analyst



Job Summary


The Marketing Assistant/Analyst supports marketing and account teams in developing and executing marketing deliverables for employers and members to drive profitable membership growth and retention. This role focuses on creating and optimizing digital content and campaigns across multiple channels while ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and digital best practices.


Responsibilities


  • Collaborate with marketing and account teams to develop and execute marketing deliverables targeting employers and members that support profitable membership growth and retention.

  • Design and develop creative content across digital experiences, including websites, landing pages, email, social media, and digital campaigns.

  • Support the concepting and execution of marketing campaigns from initial idea through final production.

  • Recommend actions to improve content and design based on campaign performance and analytics.

  • Stay current on branding standards, digital best practices, and emerging tools to continuously improve creative output.



Requirements


  • Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • At least 7 years of relevant marketing, digital content, or design experience.

  • Experience designing and producing content for websites, landing pages, email, social media, and digital campaigns.

  • Ability to interpret campaign performance data and apply insights to improve creative and content.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams.

  • Familiarity with branding guidelines and digital marketing best practices.



Skills


  • Strong visual design skills with a keen eye for detail.

  • Proficiency with Adobe, FusionPro, and Microsite Suite or similar creative and digital tools.

  • Comfortable learning and adapting to new digital tools and platforms.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong problem-solving and conceptual thinking abilities.



Summary Qualification


  • Bachelor s degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.

  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in marketing, digital content creation, or design.

  • Demonstrated experience creating and executing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.

  • Proven ability to apply performance insights to optimize content and creative strategies.

  • Advanced proficiency in key creative software and digital production tools.
