Member Level Processor 2



Job Summary

Responsible for processing inventory from reports and email correspondence, focusing on inventory reduction activities from routine to mid-level complexity. This role includes expediting, researching, and resolving complex issues while consistently meeting established performance metrics for quality and production.


Responsibilities


  • Process inventory based on reports and emailed correspondence.

  • Perform routine to mid-level inventory reduction activities.

  • Expedite and research issues related to inventory and associated processes.

  • Resolve complex issues in a timely and accurate manner.

  • Consistently meet or exceed established quality and production performance metrics.



Requirements


  • High school diploma or GED.

  • Minimum 2 years of data entry experience.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience using Microsoft Office.

  • Ability to interpret and work from inventory reports and email communication.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Ability to work independently and manage assigned workload.

  • Data entry (speed and accuracy).

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

  • Research and problem-solving skills for complex issues.

  • Time management and organizational skills.

  • Written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to adhere to quality and production standards.



Summary Qualification


  • High school diploma or GED with relevant administrative or processing experience.

  • At least 2 years of hands-on data entry work.

  • At least 2 years of experience working with Microsoft Office tools.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage inventory-related tasks and resolve issues.

  • Proven track record of meeting quality and productivity targets in a similar role.
