Job Description
Print Production and Fulfillment Specialist
Job Summary
This role is responsible for managing print specifications, obtaining vendor quotes, and coordinating mailings and open enrollment orders with external vendors. The position also supports internal production for open enrollment orders and small mailings, as well as document creation using various software for standard and custom documents.
Responsibilities
- Write print specifications, obtain quotes, and manage mailings and open enrollment orders with outside vendors.
- Manage and coordinate print, fulfillment, and mail projects with internal staff, clients, and vendors.
- Compile data and materials for print and suggest cost-saving ideas.
- Prepare and fill open enrollment orders with an offsite print vendor or produce orders internally.
- Review stored inventory and notify owners to restock or recycle items.
- Assist with document creation using various software for standard and custom documents.
- Communicate clear instructions and performance expectations to vendors.
- Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Strong analytical, organizational, time management, and multi-project management skills.
- High attention to detail, with flexibility and creativity in problem solving.
- Ability to independently prioritize work and follow established work rules and procedures.
- Ability to identify and implement improvements to existing processes.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for providing clear instructions.
- Knowledge and application of English grammar, including composition, editing, and proofreading.
- Willingness and ability to learn health care industry issues, products, and policies within a defined timeframe.
