Product Manager
Job Summary
The Product Manager is responsible for delivering high-quality digital experiences across multiple products. This role synthesizes user research, data, and business objectives to shape product strategy, define success metrics, and drive continuous improvement. The Product Manager partners with cross-functional teams and strategic vendors to design, test, and iterate on solutions that meet user needs and achieve measurable outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality experiences to end users across multiple digital products.
- Create, manage, and continuously update user personas for key product areas.
- Demonstrate strong user empathy and advocate for user-centric design decisions.
- Utilize and synthesize qualitative and quantitative data to drive product improvements.
- Determine and analyze KPIs across products to assess digital experience performance and guide iteration.
- Collaborate with User Research and UX teams to design and craft high-quality user experiences.
- Communicate user needs and hypotheses to ensure desired product outcomes.
- Advise and collaborate on test creation, experimentation, and setup.
- Align user needs with business objectives to achieve product outcomes.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Conduct secondary market research and apply insights to digital product strategy.
- Analyze complex business cases to determine feasibility, prioritization, and ROI.
- Organize and lead effective brainstorming and strategy sessions.
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate product discovery, requirements gathering, and delivery (e.G., synthesis, writing, analysis).
- Structure and lead strategic conversations to develop independent digital product strategies.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of product management or closely related experience.
- Proven track record of being data driven, including use of outcome metrics for decision-making.
- Experience working with agile delivery tools such as Jira and/or Azure DevOps (backlog management, user stories, sprint planning).
- Understanding of data platform concepts, including data warehouses/lakes (e.G., Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks) and ETL/ELT concepts.
- Experience with analytics and product telemetry to monitor and optimize product performance.
- Familiarity with customer research and feedback tools such as Qualtrics, UserTesting, Medallia, SurveyMonkey, or similar.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Experience using AI-assisted productivity tools (e.G., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT or enterprise LLM tools) for synthesis, drafting, and analysis.
- Bachelor s degree required;MBA preferred.

- Demonstrated ability to define, track, and report on product outcome metrics and KPIs.
- Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting qualitative and quantitative data.
- Proven success leading cross-functional teams in an agile environment.
- Experience shaping digital product strategy using user research and market insights.
- Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders, partners, and vendors.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level presentations.
- Comfort with AI and modern data platforms to enhance product discovery and delivery.
Skill
- Agile product management and backlog prioritization.
- Use of Jira and/or Azure DevOps for agile delivery.
- Data analysis, product telemetry, and KPI management.
