Sr. Product Marketing Manager - Digital Shopping
Job Type: Hybrid (2-3 days on-site per week)
Job Summary:
As a Sr. Product Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the digital customer shopping experience. You will serve as a strategic partner between product, marketing, and business teams. Working closely with the product teams, you will provide critical market and customer insights throughout the Tech and Product Development process. Your goal is to ensure that we build the right products for the right customers. In partnership with the enterprise marketing and business teams, you will lead the go-to-market strategy and craft compelling messages and stories that drive customer acquisition and adoption.
Responsibilities:
- Lead research projects to deliver actionable insights for product and marketing decisions.
- Act as the voice of the customer, building customer journey maps.
- Develop product narratives and customer strategies, including audience definition, end-to-end product positioning, and communication architecture.
- Generate compelling, audience-centric narratives that inform product communications, from digital marketing campaigns to in-store marketing assets.
- Own the creation and development of product education videos, tutorials, infographics, and other engaging content.
- Accountable for reporting on product input and output metrics, such as user growth, active users, and sales growth.
Requirements:
- BS/BA Degree. MBA preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in product marketing with a focus on consumer marketing. Health, Wellness, Nutrition, or Pharmacy experience is ideal.
- Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to turn data into actionable insights that drive growth.
- Technology skills: Microsoft Office and data analytics software (Power BI, etc.).
- Exceptional storytelling skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives across different channels and match the message to the medium.
Additional Information:
- Possibility of role extension.
- Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 4 PM.
- Travel required: Yes, approximately 10% of the time (possibly 1-2 trips). Reimbursement available.
