QA Systems Associate
Job Summary
The QA Systems Associate supports a critical SAP 2.0 implementation and stabilization effort within the Quality organization. This role focuses on SAP Quality Management (QM) migration activities, hypercare support, and material and lot release processes to ensure timely product release and on-time customer deliveries.
Responsibilities
- Support SAP 2.0 Quality Management (QM) transition and migration activities.
- Assist with SAP hypercare and post-go-live stabilization efforts.
- Execute material and lot release activities within SAP.
- Review and maintain quality documentation and system records.
- Partner with Quality, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to resolve release-related issues.
- Help ensure timely release of finished goods to support customer deliveries.
Requirements
- Experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Systems, or Quality Control.
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
- SAP experience strongly preferred, especially with the Quality Management (QM) module.
- Background in material release, batch release, or inventory disposition processes.
- Strong documentation skills and high data-entry accuracy.
- Experience in regulated industries such as medical device, pharmaceutical, chemical, specialty materials, or life sciences is a plus.
Skills
- Proficiency with SAP Quality Management (QM) or similar quality systems.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and data entry.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve quality and release-related issues.
- Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Organizational and time-management skills to support timely product release.
Summary Qualification
- Background in quality-focused roles within a manufacturing environment.
- Hands-on experience with SAP or equivalent ERP quality modules.
- Proven experience with material, lot, or batch release processes.
- Familiarity with regulated industry standards and practices is advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability to support large system implementations or transitions.
