Job Description
Senior Analyst, HR Planning
Job Summary: The Senior HR Planning Analyst supports the HR Planning team in the Americas region by overseeing organizational development initiatives, facilitating leadership evaluations, supporting international succession planning, managing employee cultural initiatives, and serving as a primary note-taker in high-level investigations. The role also involves project coordination, data organization, presentation preparation, research analysis, and meeting facilitation.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee planning, execution, and follow-up for organizational development initiatives
- Facilitate leadership evaluations from coordination to executive presentation
- Support development of international succession plans for key positions
- Manage execution of employee cultural initiatives including facilitation and post-initiative surveys
- Serve as a primary note-taker and witness in high-level investigations
- Coordinate international project timelines with key stakeholders
- Act as a liaison by communicating between project managers and stakeholders
- Conduct research and compile findings into presentations
- Gather and organize audit files and necessary data from various sources
- Prepare memos, correspondence, and other documents
- Interpret and explain HR policies, procedures, laws, and regulations
- Maintain and update HR documents such as organizational charts and employee handbooks
- Provide support for urgent subsidiary HR team needs
- Facilitate presentations for executive leadership
- Coordinate monthly collaborations with subsidiaries and quarterly meetings with global headquarters
- Offer backup support to team members in key areas
Requirements:
- Proven experience in HR planning or a similar field
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to coordinate complex projects and collaborate with international teams
- Proficiency in research, data analysis, and presentation creation
- Familiarity with HR policies and organizational development practices
