Sr. Marketing Specialist
Job Summary

We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused Sr. Marketing Specialist (Contractor) to support small business marketing initiatives. In this role, you will build, execute, and manage critical programs targeting broker and general agent audiences, while producing insightful, data-driven content.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive awareness and educate small businesses about dental insurance
  • Analyze trends and audience insights to inform strategy and decision-making
  • Set marketing goals and KPIs aligned with overall business objectives
  • Lead multi-channel campaigns (digital, print, social media, email) from concept through execution
  • Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources for efficient use of marketing assets
  • Measure campaign performance and adjust tactics to optimize outcomes
  • Maintain brand guidelines and ensure project alignment
  • Oversee creation of marketing content including blogs, website copy, newsletters, social media posts, and collateral materials
  • Collaborate with creative teams to ensure high-quality design and messaging
  • Mentor marketing specialists and cross-functional teams for effective collaboration
  • Apply technical expertise across multiple project assignments

Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing, communications, or strategic program support
  • Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional marketing efforts
  • Experience with survey tools, reporting dashboards, and campaign planning
  • Adept at interpreting data and collaborating with creative teams to convert insights into action

Skill
  • Experience in healthcare, insurance, or B2B programs

Summary Qualification
  • Bachelor's degree or higher
