<strong>Job Summary</strong><br>

Our focus is on pre-construction consulting, general contracting, design-build and construction management at risk. This position centers on our mission critical business area. The ideal candidate is relationship-focused with both internal and external clients and possesses strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.<br>

<br><strong>Responsibilities</strong><br>

<ul>
&#9;<li>Manage long-term Master Service Agreements with legacy clients</li>
&#9;<li>Lead Design-Build or CM@Risk teams from project pursuit to closeout</li>
&#9;<li>Teach, coach, and mentor staff on best practices, procedures, and client interactions</li>
&#9;<li>Collaborate with clients and design teams to resolve issues and expedite projects</li>
&#9;<li>Assist with business development to generate new opportunities</li>
&#9;<li>Support estimating during preconstruction and bidding phases</li>
&#9;<li>Review project estimates with operations teams to ensure completeness and accuracy</li>
&#9;<li>Conduct quality control reviews of design documents and perform field evaluations</li>
&#9;<li>Develop and evaluate project schedules</li>
&#9;<li>Establish and forecast project budgets to completion</li>
&#9;<li>Assist with project bidding and buyouts for both negotiated and hard bid projects</li>
&#9;<li>Write subcontract scopes of work and initiate subcontracts</li>
</ul>

<br><strong>Requirements</strong><br>

<ul>
&#9;<li>Degree in Construction Science and Management or equivalent experience</li>
&#9;<li>5+ years of construction project management experience in mission critical facilities such as data centers and telecom</li>
&#9;<li>High-level understanding of MEP and Fiber Network Systems</li>
&#9;<li>Detailed knowledge of project accounting and P&L statements</li>
&#9;<li>Ability to leverage a client network to facilitate future projects</li>
&#9;<li>Proven leadership experience demonstrating effective communication and servant leadership</li>
&#9;<li>Collaborative approach with superintendents, project managers, architects, and engineers</li>
&#9;<li>Proficiency in MS Office Suite and excellent computer skills</li>
&#9;<li>Exceptional listening, communication, and problem-solving skills</li>
&#9;<li>Team player with self-motivation and strong time management skills</li>
</ul>
