<strong>Job Summary</strong><br>

<br>Under the supervision of the Property Manager, the Assistant Manager ensures efficient day-to-day customer service and office administration. This role involves handling inquiries, processing financial transactions, supporting compliance, and maintaining a well-organized workspace.<br>

<br><strong>Responsibilities</strong><br>

<ul>
&#9;<li>Provide support with daily office administration including handling phone calls, sorting mail, and maintaining organized work areas.</li>
&#9;<li>Assist in preparing correspondence, newsletters, memos, and other administrative documents.</li>
&#9;<li>Manage resident inquiries, enforce property rules, and coordinate lockout responses and wellness checks.</li>
&#9;<li>Process rent payments and other financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and timely bank deposits.</li>
&#9;<li>Collect timesheets and review payroll in the absence of the Manager.</li>
&#9;<li>Support compliance by maintaining accurate resident files, completing certifications, and preparing documentation for audits.</li>
&#9;<li>Assist with marketing and leasing tasks such as reviewing rental applications, conducting unit tours, and verifying applicant information.</li>
&#9;<li>Maintain adherence to fair housing regulations and property policies.</li>
</ul>

<br><strong>Requirements</strong><br>

<ul>
&#9;<li>Experience in office administration, customer service, or property management.</li>
&#9;<li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with residents and vendors.</li>
&#9;<li>Ability to accurately process financial transactions and maintain detailed records.</li>
&#9;<li>Knowledge of compliance, fair housing regulations, and proper documentation procedures.</li>
&#9;<li>Physical ability to perform tasks such as sitting for extended periods and lifting up to 25 pounds.</li>
&#9;<li>Basic computer skills for data entry, file management, and use of office software.</li>
</ul>
